Every RepWise piece is printed to order with your personalization — your name, your initials, your design. Because no one else can use it, personalized items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted?

That's on us — always. If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or doesn't match the preview you approved, reply to your order confirmation email with a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll reprint it free or refund you in full, your choice. No return shipping, no forms, no fuss.

Typos

What you type in the studio is exactly what we print, and the live preview shows it letter for letter. Double-check spelling before checkout — we can't refund customer-entered typos, though we'll always offer a discounted reprint. Orders can be cancelled free within 45 minutes of payment, before printing starts.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order enters production it can no longer be cancelled.
