Accessibility
RepWise is built to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, or a magnifier. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and we treat anything that falls short of it as a bug rather than a preference.
What that means in practice
- Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
- The design studio works without a pointer: the name field, font tiles, ink swatches and options are all standard controls.
- Product previews carry text descriptions of what is shown, including the personalization rendered on them.
- Motion is kept minimal and respects your system's reduced-motion setting.
- Colour is never the only way information is conveyed — order states, selected options and errors all carry text too.
Where we know we fall short
Uploaded and AI-generated images are described generically, because we cannot reliably describe what a customer uploaded. If you need a specific description of something in your order, ask us and a person will write one.
Tell us if something blocks you
Email hello@repwise.me with the page and what happened. Accessibility reports go to a person, not a queue, and we'll tell you what we're doing about it.
