Privacy Policy
RepWise (repwise.me) collects only what we need to make and deliver your personalized products: your email, shipping address, the personalization you create (names, initials, and — in photo products — images you upload), and order history. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Your designs and photos are yours
Uploaded photos and personalization text are used solely to produce your order and show you previews. We do not sell them, use them for advertising, or train AI models on them. Print files are stored privately and shared with our print partners (Printify, Printful) only to fulfill your order; asset links expire automatically.
Deletion
Email us to delete your account, designs, and uploaded images at any time. We keep order records as required for tax and accounting.
Transactional emails (order updates) are always sent. Marketing emails only go out if you opt in, and every one carries a working unsubscribe link.
Analytics
We use privacy-light, first-party analytics to understand how the store is used. We don't sell data to anyone.
